Quality Policy

St. Bridget & Tracey Nigeria Limited (the 'Organization') aims to provide defect free products to its customers on time and within budget. The Organization operates a Quality Management System that is committed to acquiring BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 certification, including aspects specific to the procurement of professional service providers.

The management is committed to:

  1. Develop and improve the Quality Management System
  2. Continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System
  3. The enhancement of customer satisfaction

 The management has a continuing commitment to:

  1. Ensure that customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction
  2. Communicate throughout the Organization the importance of meeting customer needs and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  3. Establish the Quality Policy and its objectives
  4. Ensure that the Management Reviews set and review the quality objectives, and reports on the Internal Audit results as a means of monitoring and measuring the processes and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System
  5. Ensure the availability of resources

The structure of the Quality Management System is defined in the company's Quality Manual.

All personnel understand the requirements of this Quality Policy and abide with the contents of the Quality Manual.

The Organization complies with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

The Organization constantly monitors its quality performance and implements improvements when appropriate.

This Quality Policy is regularly reviewed in order to ensure its continuing suitability.

Copies of the Quality Policy are made available to all members of staff. Copies of the minutes of Management Reviews, or extracts thereof, are provided to individual members of staff in accordance with their role and responsibilities as a means of communicating the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

Health and Safety policy

The Health and Safety policy defines the company's objectives, organization and arrangements as required section 2(3) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. The company recognises that good safety is paramount to running a successful business. The following points are the policy of St. Bridget & Tracey Nigeria Limited.

1. To safeguard the health, safety and welfare of all its employees whilst at work.

2. To promote Health and Safety Management at all levels of our business.

3. To provide as reasonably practicable working environment, which are safe, and without risk, by managing risks through conception to completion at every activity with the construction method.

4. To ensure that Health and Safety practices are recognised with the same importance as any other element of our business.

5. To provide as reasonably practicable that other people not involved with our business, but may be affected by our operations, are not exposed to any risks.

6. To meet current legislative requirements, as a minimum requirement.

7. To provide an environment that clearly identifies the risks and defines the responsibilities of all involved, at all levels of our business, including Sub-Contractors.

8. To actively promote that all employees and Sub-Contractors are aware of their duty to act responsibly and do everything reasonably practicable to prevent injury, ill health to themselves and others.

9. To provide financial and physical resources including the provision of any expert advice, for all aspects of Health and Safety.

10. To utilise a hazard identification and risk assessment system and carry out subsequent controls once the hazards have been identified. This information will be brought to the attention of all employees associated with the relevant operation.

11. To ensure that all employees are competent to carry out their relevant tasks and the content of this policy is fully understood.

12. This policy will be reviewed following any changes in legislation.

Environment Policy

St. Bridget & Tracey Nigeria Limited will use its skills and influence to improve the environment in which we live and work by communicating with clients, suppliers, regulators and professional bodies and the community at large to raise the environmental standards.

Focus upon our performance and achievements and implement procedures and activities to minimize the use of resources in a proactive way as part of our everyday life. Comply with legal and other requirements, which relate to environmental aspects. The following points are the policy of St. Bridget & Tracey Nigeria Limited

1.     To assess the environmental impact of the proposed operations at the earliest opportunity.

2.     To continually improve our environmental performance with close consultation with clients, employees, sub-contractors.

3.     To actively promote minimizing waste, prevention of pollution and recycling.

4.     To recognize and respect the physical, economic and social environments of all the communities in which we operate.

5.     To ensure that each individual project makes an environmental policy of intent.

6.     To liaise closely with sub-contractors and suppliers meet the same standards of this policy and current legislative requirements.

7.     To meet current legislative requirements, as a minimum requirement.

8.     To provide an environment that clearly identifies our environmental impact, and defines the responsibilities of all involved, at all levels of our business, including sub contractors.

9.     To provide financial and physical resources including the provision of any expert advice, for all aspects of our environmental impact.

10.   To continually improve our awareness of all aspects of the environment we operate in.

11.   This policy will be reviewed following any changes in legislation.
